Trade Survey Prize Draw Terms

This survey is from the HomeServe Foundation, the charity arm of HomeServe PLC.

  1. The prize is the opportunity to win a £100 Amazon voucher.
  2. Entrants cannot win more than once.
  3. Only one entry per household.
  4. Employees of the HomeServe Foundation and HomeServe Group PLC and their families are not eligible to enter.
  5. We reserve the right to substitute any of our prizes for equal or greater value.
  6. No cash alternative is available.
  7. The deadline to enter is 31st October 2021.
  8. You can only enter the prize draw by entering your email address at the end of the survey.
  9. The winner will be chosen at random and will be announced on the HomeServe Foundation’s social accounts, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter accounts.
  10. The winner will be notified via the email address supplied.
  11. The winner will be asked to confirm their contact details and preferred email address for the prize to be arranged.
  12. If any winner fails to provide their details within 72 hours of request, a new winner will be chosen at random.
  13. We reserve the right to remove any entry, including, but not limited to, such entry being offensive and/or inappropriate in our absolute opinion.
  14. Our decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  15. You must be 18 years of age and a UK resident.

Flexi-job apprenticeship will allow agencies to be the apprentice’s employer for the duration of their apprenticeship while placing the apprentice with other host employers for short term placements. This will enable apprentices to move between businesses as they complete their apprenticeship, while remaining employed throughout by the agency.
