Try A Trade
A unique programme for schools and young people in the West Midlands
We’re working with 16 West Midlands schools to get a talented group of young people work-ready for a career in domestic trades and then we want to help them find apprenticeships and traineeships with local employers in summer/autumn 2022
This is an amazing opportunity for trades businesses in the region – of whatever size – to get access to the tradespeople of the future.
- Is this something that would help your business?
- Are you connected to, or do you support, businesses who would benefit from this?
If so, please fill out the “Register your interest” form below.

Also, we’re aiming to grow Try a Trade in the West Midlands and across the rest of the country. Are you a school, a careers hub, a LEP or another agency that would be interested in finding more out about Try a Trade? Then please contact us here.
